    Duties & Responsibilities

    As a Recruiter you will be responsible for the following:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to HR peers and internal clients by providing innovative and creative talent sourcing, attraction, and assessment solutions to meet evolving recruiting and business landscapes.
    • Manage a bench of requisitions within our applicant tracking system and deliver a world class recruitment experience for clients and candidates.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment for assigned client groups ensuring a time efficient and competency based approach to the selection process - Sources, screens, interviews, recommends, and hires internal and external candidates for regular and contract open positions.
    • Accurately evaluate candidates based on core competencies, job competencies, & culture fit.
    • Report weekly & monthly to Talent Attraction Manager on key retention and attrition metrics.
    • Create and implement recruitment and talent sourcing plans for client groups.
    • Create sourcing strategy: support the development and implementation of traditional and social media sourcing and recruitment marketing strategies to find top talent; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
    • Work with Talent Attraction Manager to formulate employment branding strategy for the company.
    • Improve existing recruitment processes and tools with a focus on candidate experience. Review, make recommendations to current programs such as Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Vendor Programs, College/University Relations.
    • Coordinates and participates in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events.

    Qualifications

    • University or college-level education in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent business experience.
    • 2+ years of high volume field & corporate (hourly & salary) full life cycle recruiting experience in the Restaurant/Hospitality, Retail or CPG sector. Some agency/search firm experience is welcome.
    • Demonstrated experience in recruitment using social technology, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Proven success in working in close partnership with internal clients, vendors and HR Business Partners in a relationship based culture/environment.
    • A desire to deliver innovative talent practices, strategies & solutions.
    • A change champion.
    • Strong computer & technology skills (MS Office, Applicant Tracking System, job boards).
    • Organized with the ability to shift priorities quickly.
    • Experience in competency-based interview and assessment techniques.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to execute fast-paced and high volume recruitment efforts.
