    Duties & Responsibilities

    As a Restaurant Operations (C.O.R.E) Auditor you will be responsible for the following:

    • Understand all aspects of restaurant operations across all Service Inspired Restaurant concepts, including, policies, procedures, service packages, laws (health and safety, food safety, alcohol service, employment, human rights, workers compensation), training systems.
    • Perform operational audits in each restaurant.
    • Involve managers throughout the audit process to ensure understanding of standards and discrepancies.
    • Present audit results and recommendations to restaurant managers, regional directors, and concept leaders.
    • Coaching and mentoring while on site in restaurants.
    • Assist restaurant leaders in developing action plans to resolve deficiencies.
    • Conduct follow-up audits and reviews in restaurants with operational challenges.
    • Continuously improve audit tools, templates and processes to ensure they align with Company goals and priorities.
    • Build strong and productive ongoing relationships with restaurant management teams.
    • Use strong management skills and attention to detail.
    • Share best practices to ensure continuous growth and success of C.O.R.E. review.


    • 3-5 years’ previous restaurant management experience including culinary management in an environment that adheres to standards and process.
    • Communication is critical; written and verbal skills must be clear, timely and concise.
    • Proven ability to provide feedback, both positive and constructive.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and ability to do a fair amount of travelling.
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization.
    • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
    • Ability to handle the physical elements of the role: bending, lifting, standing for long periods of time, exposure to heat and cold.
    • A valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation. A valid passport.
