We are currently looking for an Assistant General Manager for Red’s Kitchen + Wine Bar! We will prepare and support you for success in this role where sales growth and success will be rewarded. You will be placed in an environment that has the highest standards and with a team that has a positive attitude and a winning mindset.
As Assistant General Manager, you consistently provide our guests with an outstanding experience, which is achieved by adhering to our standards of quality and service. As part of our Management team, you consistently provide our guests with an outstanding experience, which is achieved by adhering to our standards of quality and service. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Collaborate with the General Manager to craft a distinctive dining experience that blends exceptional service with culinary excellence.
• Inspire team members to be the best and continue to achieve industry wide recognition for meeting the tastes and needs of our guests.
• Help the General Manager to coach and lead our team members and help to ensure they receive great training and support.
• Gain experience in financial management and strive to surpass established goals.
• Live and teach Service Inspired Values and Promises.
• Use strong time management skills and attention to detail to complete our jobs.
• Possession of a Degree or Diploma in Culinary or hospitality management is highly advantageous.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in a high-level hospitality environment.
• MUST have smart serve and food handler’s certification.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactivity, assertiveness, and sense of urgency in driving to reach their goals.
• Risk-taker and someone who focuses on future goals.
• Ability to operate with flexibility.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of: wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits is an asset.
• Passion for food with a background in high level hospitality.
