As a Service Manager, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver top-quality food, memorable guest experiences, and outstanding service. You will develop leadership skills, coach and support staff, manage financials to meet goals, uphold Jack’s values, and energize the team with enthusiasm.
You have 1-2 years of front-of-house management experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Your experience in restaurant management prepares you to foster a welcoming, enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.
