As Front of the House Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, lead staff development, and ensure excellent guest experiences. You’ll be involved in staffing, training, scheduling, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating the team and driving success. You have 1-2 years of front-of-house management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a customer-first attitude. Your background in restaurant management has prepared you to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
