About The Job

Position Overview

SIR Corp is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Construction team in Burlington, Ontario. This role manages the execution of restaurant remodel & renovation projects across our portfolio of brands, ensuring successful delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will coordinate with contractors, internal partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality remodel projects while minimizing operational impact on our restaurant operations. The Construction team leads restaurant remodeling initiatives by managing complex projects from planning through completion, collaborating with contractors and internal partners to meet project objectives. This position requires 8-12 years of progressive construction project management experience with a focus on restaurant or hospitality remodels.

This is a newly created position. The hiring salary range is $102,800 - $115,700

 

About You

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 8-12 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with significant focus on restaurant, hospitality, or commercial renovation projects. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects with budgets ranging from $500K to $5M. Experience coordinating with general contractors, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, health department regulations, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Experience with restaurant equipment installations, commercial kitchen systems, and FF&E coordination preferred. Experience with project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to restaurant locations as required.
